Terms of service

MiseMint is a product of Achyuta M, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). When you use MiseMint, your agreement is with Achyuta M. You can reach us at achyutamahesh7@gmail.com.

MiseMint reads the supplier bills you snap, upload or email to it. It checks the math, remembers prices, warns you when a price goes up, keeps track of bills to pay and credits owed, and works out food cost, dish costs and which dishes earn the most from your bills, sales and stock counts. It can send bills to QuickBooks or Xero and answer questions about your bills.

• MiseMint is for businesses. You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms.
• One account is for one restaurant. Keep access to your email safe, because it's how you sign in.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what your staff do in it.

New restaurants get 1 month free, with no card needed. After that, MiseMint costs $49 a month per restaurant, billed monthly until you cancel. See the price page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, sales tax, billing questions and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase.

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added where the law requires it.
• You can cancel any time in Settings, under Plan. You keep MiseMint until the end of the month you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
• If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

You agree not to:

• use MiseMint for anything unlawful, or for fraud or spam;
• upload documents you don't have the right to share, or that break someone else's rights, including copyright;
• upload viruses or harmful code, or try to break into, probe, overload or scrape MiseMint;
• copy, resell or rebuild MiseMint, or share your account with another business.

MiseMint uses AI to read bills, menus and sales reports, to suggest recipes, and to answer your questions. AI can make mistakes, so check important numbers against the original bill before you pay a supplier, ask for a credit or make a business decision. MiseMint flags lines whose math doesn't add up, but it can't catch everything.

• You're responsible for what you upload and type, and for how you use the results.
• You keep the rights to your documents and to the results made from them.
• MiseMint is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
• We may remove content that breaks these terms. If you think something in MiseMint breaks your rights, email achyutamahesh7@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Your bills and everything MiseMint reads from them are yours. You let us store and process them only to run MiseMint for you. Our privacy notice says what we keep, who helps us run MiseMint, and how to get your data deleted.

If you connect QuickBooks, Square or another service, that service's own terms also apply. MiseMint only uses the access you give it, and you can disconnect at any time.

We own MiseMint, its design and its code. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time, and we'll tell you before we take away anything important you rely on.

You can stop using MiseMint at any time, and ask us to delete your data.

We may suspend or close an account if it seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, if payment fails and isn't fixed, or if it puts MiseMint or other users at risk, for example through fraud or a security threat. Where we can, we'll warn you first and let you download your data.

As far as the law allows, MiseMint is provided "as is". We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or a supplier overcharge MiseMint didn't catch. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you or tell you in the app before the change applies. Using MiseMint after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of New Delhi, India, unless the law where you are says otherwise. If you have a problem, please email us first. Most things are easy to sort out.
