Refund policy

You can try MiseMint free for 1 month before paying anything. If you pay and then change your mind, you can have your money back.
Refunds within 14 days
Ask within 14 days of a payment and you'll get that payment back in full, for any reason. You don't have to explain why.
How to ask
Our orders are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com, which also handles refunds. Either way works:
- Go to paddle.net, find your MiseMint order with the email you paid with, and ask for a refund there.
- Or email achyutamahesh7@gmail.com from the email you use for MiseMint, and we'll arrange it with Paddle.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Later requests are looked at one by one. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or MiseMint didn't work for you, write to us and we'll put it right.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings, under your plan. You keep MiseMint until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your bills stay in MiseMint, and you can still look at them.
